This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table, a Keurig machine, and a 55” smart Roku TV. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, and the second bedroom has one twin bed and its own half bath. The three-quarter bath includes all toiletries and a hair dryer. Extra bedding, an ironing board, and a twin-size air mattress are stored in the hall closet. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and primary bedroom for your personal comfort.
There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. One reserved parking space is available at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building.

This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The unit is on the ground floor, so you may hear light pedestrian and car traffic during the day and early evening hours. Smoking of any kind in the accommodations will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. Unpermitted guests will be charged $200 per guest per night.
