Shameful Display of Corporate Negligence and Incompetence
This review is a public warning to anyone considering applying here. I submitted an application on July 4, 2025, along with a $500 holding fee. My application was denied (that isn’t the issue). I was told I would receive my refund within 30-60 days. It has now been 68 days, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a single cent of my money back.
The excuses I’ve been given are just as frustrating as the delay itself. On one hand, the company has blamed a "change in management" for the... issue, yet they flatly refused to provide me with the requested contact information for the previous company. On the other hand, the property manager, Dayna, personally told me she processed the refund herself, but then said she had no idea why I hadn't received it. The sheer incompetence and contradictory information is unbelievable.
I have repeatedly called the complex, emailed the property manager, and sent two formal demand letters—8/26 and 9/9. Since 8/26, there has been zero communication, no follow-up, and no status update whatsoever. This is not a simple oversight; it is a complete and unacceptable failure to provide a basic, routine administrative service. The lack of transparency and utter disregard for someone’s hard earned money is shameful for any business. I just want my money back, and I want others to be aware of how this company operates.
