Top Tier Management / Culture

I've been living at this property for about three years and ever since Jordan came on as our property manager, I have seen a difference in the culture and environment at Amli Ridgegate. Him and his staff, Mary & Casey, do an amazing job with putting together events and outings and truly go way above and beyond for the residents. Of course there are always some maintenance issues at apartment buildings, but it doesn't matter to me as much when there is a strong culture and community. The new... staff is definitely a huge part of that.

Setting the Gold Standard for Customer Appreciation & Service!!!

My name is Bob H., I have lived here going on six years and I have had many apartment homes across the US and I can tell you without exception that this property is managed like a five star resort, with exceptional and Responsiveness to each and every request no matter how small.

Mary and Casey are Goldstar as well and I recommend you give them a raise and keep them around for a long time.

Excellent apartment to live at

I moved in recently and my experience from the beginning has been amazing. Moving in was easy, the leasing office staff is so friendly and helpful (shoutout Mary), my apartment is modern and spacious and the interior and amenities are upkept well with a luxurious feel to everything. Maintenance was so fast to come when I placed an order and Erick even helped me with another maintenance need that wasn’t on the order. Overall great experience so far.

Best Apartment Complex I've ever lived in!

This apartment complex is amazing. They have so many amenities and perks as well as no hidden fees and their price is really competitive.
The front desk staff is world class and one of the best teams i could ask for - Mary and Casey have made my stay here even comfortable and they are always willing to help and go above and beyond no matter what the issue is. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Terrible place to live

Terrible security. You can easily pull open doors without fob. They will avoid fixing issues until they get a negative review about it and that is the only time they care.
