Grandview at Flatirons is one of the cheapest places to live in Louisville. It is a good for college students and young families starting out.

Great location, lovely staff the property could use some new windows pretty badly but it's a quiet clean place that's dog friendly and has nice amenities.

Trust me, you don’t want that. I was disappointed in the condition I moved in, and the highest saving grace from me expressing this outwardly was the maintenance crew’s kindness. My mail key does not even work
