Quiet and affordable
I have lived at Big Thompson Manor since 2018 in a studio and now a 1 bedroom apartment. (The 1 bedroom was refurbished with modern flooring, counters and paint.)
The walls are cement which means you don’t hear your neighbors!
I’m reclusive, but people are nice and the setting is like a park.
The rent includes utilities.
