Vella Terra Living

It has been an overall positive experience living at Vella Terra the last year. There have been a couple of hiccups that would be expected with a new property, but overall the management team is very responsive and always able to help us in some way or another. Would recommend living here if you just want a temporary spot before buying a house. There really isn’t community but that is to be expected with a bunch of rentals.

Amazing place to live

My family & I love Vella Terra. The leasing agents are lovely, the maintenance team goes above and beyond, and the community is very welcoming. I feel very safe here and happy to call it my home for the time being :)
