A dumpster fire!
I strongly advise against renting at this apartment complex—it's been an utterly disastrous experience from start to finish.Toured in May 2025, eyeing two one-bedroom plans. Sole positive: close proximity to the N line train for easy commuting. Positives end there.Tour unit had a microwave in the "modern kitchen," but mine lacked one—the only such case per maintenance. Leasing agent Kyle promised a garage; after endless unanswered calls, emails, and corporate complaints, confirmation came June... 28. Yet, move-in July 7 revealed it unavailable, still inaccessible as of July 18, 2025.Unit arrived unclean with odor, hole in sink porcelain, unbalanced fan (self-fixed), faulty laundry door, ceiling water stains/cracks, moldy baseboards—indicating neglect. Maintenance half-hearted; known roof leaks "imminent" fix.Website boasts amenities like clubhouses, pools, bike repair, dog wash, gated entry. Reality: one clubhouse/pool closed indefinitely, other pool shut; bike room abandoned mess; dog station unhygienic wreck; gates always open.Leasing staff dismissive, communication abysmal. Deeply regretful—avoid at all costs.
