Four Years Here — Bell Partners is the Worst Yet
I’ve lived at Haven 124 for nearly 4 years across 3 different units under 3 different management companies. Bell Partners has, by far, been the most disappointing.
Since moving into our current unit on April 13, our in-unit dryer has been broken. I’ve submitted five maintenance requests (April 17, 19, 23, May 7, May 11) and sent multiple emails. All were ignored until I escalated the issue — and even then, the only response came after pressure.
Broken mailboxes, dog waste left on the grounds,... trash overflow, non-working security gates and a complete lack of communication from management are ongoing issues. Meanwhile, they keep sending automated emails about bizarre leasing office events.
