The maintenance is horrible and slow, the leasing office team never knows what’s going on, my ac didn’t work the whole summer and my heat didn’t work in the winter.. they threw these apartments up like gingerbread houses and it sucks. Save yourself the trouble

NO AC IN A MONTH
About a month ago the ac went out in my apartment and they have done nothing to fix it. They say that they are not required to have ac in the unit. If I could afford to leave I would. But I am as soon as possible for safety concern’s about the state and care of the apartment here.
