Complex from Hell

This complex looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s dirty, animal waste and trash everywhere. The pool is always disgusting, the office staff and maintenance are horrible and unable to be reached. The rent is always flexing, you pay fees that don’t apply to you. Parking is unregulated, trash is always over flowing. Overall I hated living here and would never recommend living here.

Don't move here

This place is terrible. The property management company greystar is trash. The grounds were never clean. Multiple broke down cars taking up already limited parking. The move out proccess is very annoying and the front office is worthless. When I moved out I was charged for "missing keys". I was told to put the keys in the drop box at the office and that's what I did turned in 4 keys (2 house and 2 mail) as well as 2 fobs. I was charged $10 for mail keys and $50 for a fob. When we contacted the... office of their mistake they said they never recieved mail keys or fobs. So if you turn you keys in don't do it in the drop box because they will just take your money. Make sure to hand it to the front desk and then maybe just maybe they won't try to take your money.
