We've lived in Bradburn for 17 years, and even though it's obviously older now, the community has improved over time, as the landscaping has matured and the apartments and facilities have been very well maintained.

When we first moved in we had issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Now it seems like it takes weeks for a response or a fix. Not a happy resident at all.

At this rate, I cannot in good conscious recommend Bell Bradburn. The maintenance delays alone the steady incremental increase in rent month- over- month is not something to promote.
