Tour with Covell Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were already blown away and had the feeling of home, we were kindly greatly by Megan, who was nothing short of knowledgeable, organized, and friendly vibe. We also love that everyone who works there lives there and if we needed any more convincing (which we didn’t) the apartment space and amenities are absolutely gorgeous!! We can tell the respect goes both ways between residents and agency , we are really looking forward to hearing more!

Very fast and high quality. I am very surprised at how quickly our problem at home was solved. I just submitted a service request, and in 10-15 minutes I got a call saying that a technician was on his way to our house. In two minutes, he fixed our smoke detector, and we were already enjoying the silence.
