Love living at Westminster Row, it is always clean and well kept. All of the amenities are top tier and we have never had any issues. It always feels very safe and secure, wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Great Experience

I have lived here for 10 months now and my experience has been great. The management personnel are very friendly. The maintenance team is great! I’ve only had to call them less than 3x, but always show up in a timely manner and call before they arrive. The amenities are beautiful and are very well maintained. Rent and additional fees are accurate to what is discussed and expected. I have had no surprise fees appear on my statements. I have no complaints! And would recommend this property!

Misleading, dishonest, rent elsewhere

Very dishonest and misleading. You will sign a lease agreement for a set fee\fees and then each and every month they will change. (When the "response from owner comes" I have all of the documentation to prove this is accurate, don't let their excuse fool you).
You will pay for parking, and still get towed. They will claim it's because the permit was not in the correct spot of your windshield while simultaneously admitting you do in fact have the permit. Don't you worry, it's only $400 to get...
your car back. Nothing short of organized crime. Lease elsewhere. Anyone who would like to see the documentation, feel free to message me. Amenities are constantly broken, their costs are passed along to you, their staff is condescending. Maybe they should spend less money on providing cookies and booze in the lobby for "parties" (most of which invites have spelling errors galore, shows the level of sophistication running this place) and more focus on the tenets.
