Open Indifference
These are old units that frequently require maintenance. The leasing office is openly indifferent to whatever issue you may be having, and the maintenance personnel are difficult to work with and frequently do not have the skills to fix the issue. No hot water in an entire building for over a week is not considered enough of a priority for them to even start looking at, let alone fix.

They don't keep the apartments up it's take them a 2,months to fix thing when u give them work orders have run All all the or it gets hot in your apartment staff is ok
