Poor building management Endless issues with building security, key fob access, functional amenities, etc. and management does not listen to tenants or address issues. Which is not surprising given the building management staff turn over every 3-4 months.

Super Quick & Helpful! I have submitted 3 maintenance requests since I moved in about 8 months ago, and each time the staff has been extremely helpful and incredibly quick to address the problem! I submitted my last maintenance request at 8pm one night, and by 9am the next morning, they were already coming to my apartment to fix it! Additionally, the guys are SO nice and friendly and make sure to keep me in the loop when they are fixing htings.

carpet cleaning The carpet cleaning provided on Friday solved the smell issue. There is a slight stain remaining in the bedroom, but not that noticeable.
