Ok but raises rent for whatever reason. Rules are not enforced for everyone. Clean and quiet at times.

Quiet apartments. However the rent went up twice in the ladt 8 months. Rent is cheaper than in denver. Rent is way to high in denver. Too many people move to colorado for various reasons.one being the majuarana laws. The climate as well is great.
