Mice infested building . I’ve been living here for 2 years now. The first year was fine . Then the second winter , it’s mice galore. I keep a very clean apartment and always have. I’ve reported the problem to the manager and it’s like they don’t listen. She even stated that it’s TOTALLY NORMAL for mice to be in apartments and homes around this time of year. And she stated that she even has them . Yikes on a bike. She’s ok with them but clearly I’m not. They’ve had their exterminators in and out... daily and still no improvement. It got worse . There’s mice upstairs bedrooms, kitchen and living room and let’s not talk about the basement .. ugh! Because the apartments are connected both neighbors have mice issues. The neighbor have also called the exterminator and that’s when the mice started shifting to my apartment. Totally disgusting. The worst place to live in Bloomfield.

Don’t bother. Waste of money
Their application process is a complete waste of time & inaccurate. I wasted a $70 application fee for them to tell me I was denied based on a report that was completely inaccurate. Spent hours disputing it with their reporting company. Property manager didn’t care what I was telling her. I will be looking into reporting this to the Attorney General.

Don’t bother
Rude staff in the office.... new girls even worst than the last ones, maintenance takes forever and the price I was paying wasn’t worth it. I own a home now and do not have to deal with children stealing bikes or my heat not working.

Worse complex to live
Only been here a few years. They should show the apartments to people during the afternoons after 5 p.m. so people don’t have a false idea of a quiet safe area. There are kids/teenagers running all over the complex on other people’s steps, looking in their windows, taking things from their unit patio areas, throwing paper and trash all over the unit yards. Seems they may need some sort of security. Was talking to a neighbor and he said things were stolen directly from his garage. Not worth... telling the management nothing gets done. Wish I had the funds to move, but I don’t. Management really need to enforce tenants to monitor their kids/teenagers better. Otherwise hire security...
