Its ok

Pros:

Close to Walgreens, key foods, bus line, main street
Relatively safe and quiet
Laundry in basement
Once a month exterminator
Get lucky and get a renovated apartment
Rent and utilities cheap
Allows pets
Maintenence guys are ok

Cons:

Laundry room always machines out of order
Mail room falling apart and impossible to get packages
No office
Hallways always getting dirty
Roaches
Garbage around property
Doors constantly breaking

Lies and Waste of time

They don’t have anymore renovated studios but refuse to take down these photos. The only studios left are absolutely disgusting. It is unbelievable. The bathroom is completely filthy and was shown full of brown water. The kitchen is falling apart. These studios are not worth your money nor time!!
