This place is rundown, dirty, and the landlord makes up his rules as he pleases. He's walked in on two female tenants without warning, and they were in the shower!!! Both were my friends and were too afraid to say anything to the guy. He purposefully picks on the women in the building (when he's around). There was black mold coming out of my tub's faucet and in the cracks of the tub and when I showed the landlord all he said was, "I'll look into it" and he never called me back or checked on it! ... He avoids certain tenants in the building like my old neighbor who had water swelling in her living room's walls. The newest tenant had to clean up the mess the last tenants left by herself. The landlord has his son living in one of the buildings as the "property manager." The only time when you see that waste of space is when he's in the garage working on one of his 4 cars, out walking his mean, aggressive dog, or going on camping trips. In the winter he doesn't let anyone know when he's plowing. 95% of us tenants were buried in 4-5 ft. deep in snow last year. He sat in his house watching us from his kitchen window. If you took the time to read this please for the love of all that is good in the world, DON'T give this man your hard earned money. You'll just get stuck in a place that is toxic.
