AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible place to live and and even more terrible, non responsive management. Emmett st apts are overrun with pests, drug addicts, dirty water, bad plumbing, front and back door are close to impossible to open, your packages will be opened and or stolen and more…

First solo apartment
I currently live in the Granite Apartment complex in Bristol, CT. It is my first apartment after moving out of my parents house. I love it. Heat and hot water is included, the rent is very reasonable. The neighbors are friendly and the landlords are quick to fix any problems. The only issue I have is the parking lot. There are only three visitor spots, two of which are taken up by residents second cars. Other than that I highly recommend checking this complex out.
