ok place to live but things could be changed
The company they use for plowing snow is horrible. Not only do they wait for last minute to plow and shovel but then they leave things untreated leaving the entire parking lot and all the walkways slippery. Most cars move to allow the person to plow the lot but there are some cars that have not been moved and it is inconvenient. There needs to be a better system to make sure the parking lot and walkways get done better. Management/ maintenance is great with the apartments and they do things in... a timely manner and they keep the building clean. The only other problem is that they advertise access control in their buildings but one of the buildings is missing a doorknob and it's been like that for a while and the mailboxes are falling apart.
