Paula is the worse landlord !!

We moved out with 3 months notice, Paula did not properly document our security deposit and shorted us $300 as well as "property damage". I asked her about the damages and she refused to provide any pictures or reasons. When I told her about difference in the security deposit she said she would send us the money, which she did, but then took out MORE money for damages outside of the building which occurred 4 weeks after we moved out!! We called her and emailed her but she refused to answer any... response. She will see a small claims action from us.
