Maintenance & office staff

I must say they have meet all my expectations!!!! From the office staff always welcoming, and knowledgeable.. To the maintenance team they work TOGETHER and get the task done. Im very greatful to be apart of the community.. Thank you MILL POND STAFF..

Maintenance

I have been here a couple years and although I have had few problems with my townhouse, when something has come up the maintenance team is right on it. They are very professional and so polite. I left a message for them last night and they were here early this morning to take care of it.
Not only are they this way with things in the apartments. I really appreciate the way they bust their butts in the ice cold to take care of the grounds during this last big snow storm. You also see them out... during all kinds of weather from hot and humid to freezing and wet, picking up things on the ground, cleaning around dumpsters. The maintenance crew here is the best I ever dealt with.

Excellent Maintenance

The entire maintenance crew is always quick with my maintenance requests. The guys are always friendly, helpful and thorough in their clean up afterwards.

Great Maintenance

All of the maintenance crew including Mark, Glen, Justin, Kyle etc are very hard working and address issues in a timely manner and are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have had a positive experience living here
