Deer Valley Townhomes

This town house complex is a GREAT place to live! My partner and I lived in the "Mystic" (2 bdr/2ba/2-car garage) unit in Deer Valley for a year, and it was an amazing experience. The town homes are very well maintained both inside and outside, and the beautifully maintained landscaping provides a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The homes itself are very sizable with modern appliances and open floor plans, and the homes and garages are well-insulated to keep one warm during the harsh… Connecticut winters. The closet and storage space at Deer Valley cannot be beat (which was one of my favorite things about this place due to the amount of clothes and shoes I have O:-)). All the workers, especially Amy and Cheryl, were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure we felt right at home. The fitness centers (at both Deer Valley and Deer Valley North) are very clean with excellent equipment and weights. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, and helped make our Summer 2017 very refreshing. My partner and I loved living at Deer Valley. Deer Valley Townhomes is a beautiful place to live. We've lived here for 3 years and are moving to another state because of work. Of all the rentals we saw in CT ,around the Hartford area, this was the best ! School district is also great ! We've loved our stay here. The office staff Amy ,Brenda and others are amazing and very responsive . Any maintenance request was addressed within 24 hrs. The cons are that after living here you expect your next house also to be as great as this but it is hard… to find one at this price!

My husband and I have been here for 3 months and we love it! I feel like I live in a village. The grounds are so pretty and I love the lights around the whole complex at night. We put in maintenance request in the morning and we get home and all is done. Great maintenance crew! The girls in the office are friendly and professional. I hope to be here for a long time.

Our 3rd Santini home - Kevin Santini built our first 2 homes, so when we decided to downsize, Deer Valley North seemed a good plan. The Santini "footprint" is seen consistently throughout - quality - quality - quality.
The the office staff is helpful and personable as well as highly professional.
Paul and the maintenance team have been very responsive with regard to any questions or concerns we have. Response time to our request has been usually within a couple of days, with the issue resolved… or question answered.
Although there is constant construction going around us as the neighborhood is being built, Eric and the work crews are mindful of our privacy, and strive to maintain as clean a construction site as possible.
The landscape crew is hard working and considerate - maintaining a beautiful environment.
Energy Star compliance in construction has meant a quiet home with lower utility bills.
