Beautiful

By far the most beautiful and well kept complex I’ve ever lived in. The most amazing feature is the weather forecast we receive, always dead on. The cleanup after a major snow storm is second to none.

We love this community!

Our townhouse is extremely spacious, well-designed and modern. We have a one car garage and an unfinished basement which we turned into a home gym. Our friends rave about our place and how lucky we are! We’ve lived here three years and we plan to stay as long as we can! The staff is very kind, organized and quick to help or answer any questions. We cannot say enough about this community!

A great place to live

Spent a lot of time searching for the right place to live when ready to downsize and this is the best around. Safe place to live, beautiful townhouse with all the amenities needed, office staff is fast to assist with needs and crew maintain such a beautiful surrounding. Never unkept...always pristene. The living areas are so efficient and my utilities are very reasonable. Townhouses are so quiet due to the great insulation. Never hesistate to consider this a place to live. This is my 6th… year.

Very happy with Grand Lofts townhomes

I have lived in the Grand Lofts complex for almost three years now and I am still enjoying every aspect of the rental. It is very close to 84 and I have a very smooth 12 minute commute to my job in Manchester. The unit itself is very well designed and spacious with plenty of closet space and a gorgeous kitchen that the cook in me enjoys daily. The insulation is very good and the cost efficiency is reflected in our utility bill. The community is a very pleasant and quiet one and I feel… very safe taking my daily walk around. My husband and I are also very big fan of the pool in the summer and use the very convenient gym from time to time. It is also worth mentioning the proximity of Rails-to-trails for nature and cycling lovers. The management is really the best both friendly and very professional, resolving any issues that may arise on the same or very next day we let them know. I am really happy with Grand Lofts and recommend it without any hesitation.
