Phoenix Apartments are a small, professionally managed apartment complex with very nice apartments, huge closets, sliding door to covered patio - close to everything! There is a laundry in unit and small gym located on-site.

Disgusting
The place is disgusting. The new owners leave it a mess. The contractors they hired to renovate left garbage all outside the dumpsters such as cabinets, toilets, rugs etc. they spilled paint all on the ground. The laundry room is not cleaned half the machines don’t work. Then the bins for the dog poop never get cleaned and are overflowing outside. It’s nasty!
