Wonderful community, peaceful, everyone is out walking their dogs. The office staff is friendly and responsive. And Al the maintenance guy is wonderful! Maintenance requests are handled right away, sometimes within hours of putting in a ticket. It takes a lot of work to keep a property like this running well and looking nice, and they do a great job here. Looking forward to calling this home for a long time.

Has flaws with trash and maintanence. Makes you pay for insurance every month but when their damages caused by another unit ruined my things including pictures of my late grandmother they cant do anything. Overall very nice leasing office especially Lee which made this place way better.

Nice apartment, neighbors are friendly. Maintenance request filled quickly. I like to see everyone’s dogs walking around and in the park. Perfect for young professionals.

Maintenance has been incredible! Al has a great team and they always go above and beyond. Most of our maintenance inquiries are handled the same day!
Staff at the leasing office has also been great- friendly and the communication has greatly improved.
