great little apartment

My son lived here for a year while attending school. A little dated, but the apartment was great for one person and provided everything he needed. Management and Maintenance was responsive (needed a new dishwasher at one point). Never had an issue with packages or mail. Returned our security deposit. Walls are a little thin and noise can be a bit of a problem. Updating kitchens would be welcome - current layout is a little tight and cabinet space is limited.

Overall a decent experience and… the apartment worked for us.

Life on the Green!!

The fairway apartments is a spectacular place to live! The atmosphere is perfect!! Look out the window any time in the good weather seasons to watch golfers enjoy a day on the links. The management and maintenance staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The surrounding neighbors are also pleasant and quiet. It's a little "slice" of heaven living on a golf course in a city because you have an out in the country feeling but live in the city. The apartments are over sized and extremely spacious for… being a studio. There perfect for an on the go business person to an newly married couple saving up for a house. The fairway apartments are also located within walking distance to a bus line and a major shopping mall.. So don't waist any more time looking for an apartment because The fairway has everything you could possibly want and then some..
