Terrible staff & Cockroaches!!
The two ladies I interacted with were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have been dealing with a cockroach problem for months, and despite repeatedly bringing it to management’s attention, no one has been able to properly resolve the issue. From speaking with other residents in my building, it seems like I am not the only one experiencing this problem.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I continue to receive different answers depending on who I speak with. There seems to be… very little consistency or communication.
I recently interacted with someone who appeared to be the manager, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. Her attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. The ongoing pest issue, lack of communication, and poor customer service have been extremely disappointing.Review from Apartments.com
