Thamesview Apartments

I am a new tenant, and the move has been seamless thanks mostly to Christen and Irene in the office. They made the process quick and answered an unnecessary amount of my questions with great patience.
Mostly the property is very clean. The workout facility has everything I need, and the pool area looks amazing. I'm already excited for summer. There is even a small grilling area with a great water view.
Most important, my apartment is very spacious, the appliances are up to date, and slowly and... steadily it's starting to feel like home.

I’m currently renting and I’ve been waiting for over a month to get maintenance done on my apartment. They are super friendly when moving in but once in they ignore your requests.

I've been here almost 6 years and I don't think I'm renewing. The place has gotten worse and worse even with new ownership. Laundry rooms that smell of mold and barely work, dead cars in lots taking up spaces, inexperienced maintenance, moldy pool, threatening emails weekly, and what I think is the biggest of them all is drain pipes being replaced by maintenance without permits. There has yet to be a general contractor on site yet here they are ripping out Plumbing. buildings are now a hazard... to live in. Look elsewhere Read More
