Summer at the Beacon has been great. The only hiccup was the power outage due to a severe thunderstorm.
Everything around the complex has been fine and there have been good community events.

It has honestly been an amazing experience neighbors aren’t rude show common courtesy and make it easy for the building to stay a float if raising kids the community is a place where you will not have complaints about

Everything is good besides the dog park not being incredibly dog friendly. My dog has been injured at the park, as I have heard many others have, with no changes. If not for this I’d give it a 5/5
