The Waypointe

My move within the Waypointe community was absolutely seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who played a role in making this transition so smooth and successful.
A special thank you to Camilo, who responded immediately when I mentioned a few items that needed attention after moving in. He came right up, walked through the apartment with me, and addressed each concern promptly, professionally, and with such kindness. His... willingness to ensure everything was taken care of truly made me feel welcomed in my new home.
I would also like to recognize Damani, MaryBeth, Eileen, and Allie in the leasing office. They are truly a top-notch team. From the very beginning, they were always welcoming, patient, supportive, and willing to answer my many questions with a smile. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
As I have shared before, my daughter and I genuinely enjoy being part of the Waypointe community. We love our beautiful new apartment, appreciate the additional space, and, most importantly, value the sense of safety and comfort we feel here every day.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Terrible Communication and False Promises

I’m beyond disappointed with this apartment complex. They love to advertise a “premium experience,” but good luck actually getting it. The pool — one of the main reasons people move here — is closed constantly with little to no notice or explanation. It’s the middle of summer, yet residents can’t even enjoy one of the biggest amenities we’re paying premium rent for.

The communication is a joke. Management barely... responds, and when they do, it’s vague excuses and no solutions. If you’re considering living here for the “resort-style” perks, don’t waste your money — you’ll just be stuck watching the sun while the pool gate stays locked. Management is absolutely useless. The manager is always conveniently unavailable when issues arise. Work orders are ignored for weeks at a time. Safety concerns aren't taken seriously.

The management here sucks and its gotten worse. It's a bad sign when your neighbors on your move in date tell you how bad it is. Anyone interested should really ask a resident for their honest opinions.
1. Fire alarm goes off so often, worst than a college dorm for dumb reasons. There has been no attempts to fix this.
2. Garage doors and building side door do not lock and it is a huge safety concern. Work orders were put in weeks ago and absolutely nothing has been done to fix it.
3. Garage is... also absolutely disgusting.
Instead of fixing these issues, they been a hardass on garage parking. We've moved up to higher floors as requested and yet they still put barnacles on us even when we have stickers. We pay every single month on time without fail and this is how they treat us. Don't recommend. Read More

I have been living at the Quincy for over a year and everything has started to shift SOUTH! Since the take-over of SOM (South Oxford Management), this living situation has become an absolute nightmare. Nobody answers on a consistent basis at the leasing office. If you go see them, you'll get the usual answer "we'll look into it, we are aware of it, ..." Yet, nothing happens. I could talk about the lack of amenities, the "cleanliness" of the overall building, the fact that there are no security... cameras in areas where people are smoking marijuana at all times of the day, there is no concierge, finding your package is an absolute nightmare. However and MOST OF ALL, the attitude galore that you get when you do complain is simply NOT acceptable. Read More
