Great staff, great location
The Mark is a great apartment complex in a great location in Shelton, CT. Situated across Bridgeport Avenue from the Plaza Diner, it offers a pool, cinema room, game room with billiards, gym with cardio center, as well as many other amenities.
The complex is great for dogs, with a dog park behind one of the buildings and the Pet of the Month prominently displayed in the leasing office. The location is also less than 5 minutes from the Shelton Dog Park and hiking trails.
Jen, Val and Adriana… in the leasing office are incredibly friendly and helpful. Victor and his maintenance team are also top notch, very attentive and thorough in fixing the few minor maintenance issues I've encountered in over a year of living here.
The Mark's response to the pandemic this year has been exceptional. They organized several socially-distanced community events like the recent pumpkin carving contest and were able to re-open many of the amenities but only after careful consideration for the safety and health of the residents.Review from Apartments.com
