This place is incredible and I’m most impressed with the way the office people opened my application back up so I didn’t loose my application fee .I

This place is soooo worth it! I met with staff and saw the apartments then asked some people I saw in the complex about things to gain perspective. The responses were all positive but what did have me place a reservation was that much of what I they told me was the same the office staff had; this was most reassuring.

I lived at Tempo for over 19 months and had to move across the country for a job. I thought renewing my lease for a second year would count for something but instead: I have paid rent for the past 4 months without actually living in the Apartment and been charged amenities fees yet I do not live in CT anymore to partake in any of those amenities, I have been paying utilities including water and sewer. It is one thing to pay for gas and electric because those things have to stay running but I do… not see why I still have to pay for water and sewer without using either for the past 4 months. The most egregious of all is that I had to pay for April Rent yet the apartment has been re-leased. I have never heard of any complex holding a unit for a month and a half but I guess they are able to do that because they have me paying for the unit without living in it anyway.
