This is for an apartment rental at Atlantic station west (405 Atlantic street unit 21D) I’m posting our apartment in hopes that someone sees our apt and can... start a new lease with them. They said if we found them a tenant who wants our specific unit we can break our lease (2 months early). We LOVE this apartment and will be sad to leave, but we are moving out of state because we bought a house and need more space. Amazing south and west exposures in this corner unit so bright and happy, great for plants. All windows come with roller blinds. So close to the train- I leave the apt 10 min before the train departs the station. There is also a children’s daycare right downstairs and a doggy daycare (not included). Great 6th floor amenities, indoor/outdoor pool hardly anyone ever uses. Gym/fitness center conference room etc. Grills, lounge chairs. You can look at the actual website for more info. They have two “D” units available on lower floors but you face an ugly building. This one has views of NYC and the Long Island sound and great sunsets! If there are any issues maintenance is always there same day, even for a squeaky door. They have an app you where you can do everything for your apartment.
