Removing the smoke detector or vaping may trigger the carbon monoxide alarm, leading to an immediate visit from the fire department and a $1000 fee, plus immediate eviction. The complex enforces a strict no-parties policy. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having undeclared extra guests will result in a $200 fine. Any theft or damage causing loss of revenue or incurred costs for future reservations will be charged to you. Pets are allowed with prior authorization. There is an additional pet fee of $20 for the first night, and then $5 per night per pet, with a maximum of $75 per month per pet. If there are any safety or maintenance issues, or if a security camera is disabled, we reserve the right to enter.
