The building has a strict occupancy limit, and any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. This is a non-smoking property, and any type of smoke is prohibited in the apartment and outside the building. This violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Any lost keys, getting locked out, parking credentials or access card will be $150 per lost item to replace. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. Tampering with security devices or storage is a house rules violation that comes with an $500 fine and your instant non-refundable termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. Not declaring guests will incur a $60 per additional fee. Any theft or damage cause by you that leads to loss of revenue or incurred cost of satisfying a future reservation will be paid by you.
