Smoke smells

I live on the 3rd floor and there is this constant smell of marijuana always coming from the same apartment . I see no one one coming in and out but the smell is ridiculous . Nice place though.

If this continues to be a problem, then we would need to escalate it further. Unfortunately,... we would not know this was an ongoing issue unless someone notifies the office. Dirty and loud

CushWake took over a few years ago and has spent their time fixing outside at the expense of inside the building. Has become dirty and smelly and the door always seem broken. Doesn’t seem like it will get any better.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize for the noise. We are currently completing the exterior renovations to include adding fire pits, grill stations, and a dog park. In the coming weeks, we will begin updating the interior... hallways to include painting the corridors, the entrance doors, and carpet replacement. We are currently evaluating the doors in place to find a reasonable solution. We would be more than happy to discuss any other questions or concerns with you.

There are a lot of things I think could be better in this apartment complex however the maintenance team is not one of them! They are wonderful!

Good location and... (Verified Renter)

Good location and good maintenance. Lots dogs though that bark at times. Unknown what SOFI ownership will do to rents going forward so neutral for now.
