Amazing

Eagle Rock apartments is an amazing place to live. The office staff is very helpful. The maintenance guys are very attentive. They have a pool that is well maintained and an exercise room right on the property. It's a beautiful property to go for a walk on a nice cool night or even a summer evening. You will not be sorry if you come take a look

Five Star Rating

Sometimes I forget that there are other people in this building. It is very quiet here on occasion you may hear a baby cry or the bark of a dog or someone moving in/out , a car alarm. The normal sounds heard in apartment buildings. Not enough noise to make a difference. The grounds here are beautiful, if having a stressful day you can sit on a bench and listen to flowing brook. Management staff, other tenants are polite and helpful. Come check Eagle Rock Apartments if looking to relocate.

Great place, highly recommend

I've had a fantastic experience living at Eagle Rock over the past few years and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming community. The apartments are clean, spacious, and meticulously maintained, which made it a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. One of the highlights is the convenience of having essential services within walking distance – everything from groceries to dining options is nearby, making life here incredibly convenient. Parking is also… close and plentiful, which made coming and going hassle-free.

The management team, including Diana, Michelle, Joe, and John, are incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing maintenance and service requests promptly. I’ve always felt supported by the staff, who go out of their way to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. The property’s amenities, like the pool and pet-friendly environment, add to the overall charm and make Eagle Rock a wonderful choice for those seeking a vibrant, community-oriented place to live.

Avoid these apartments

Worst apartments in West Hartford. Apts are very old, noisy neighbors, bugs all over your unit, appliances don’t work/leak and leasing office is useless and don’t listen to your concerns.
