Terrible!!

This property is nothing like the photos!! Some units have been renovated but most have not. There is a terrible mold issue they refuse to address, parking lot floods due to neglectful practices not clearing the drains (channel 3 news did a story about it a few years ago), cockroach issue, basement floods, new property manager almost yearly. Owners don't care about the quality of life of the tenants, just about getting paid with as little investment in the property as possible. Common areas... are never cleaned. I left a review before on here and somehow it claims there are no tenant reviews. The location is also extremely noisy
