Our affordable community features spacious 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments. With features such as; a Learning Center, a 24/7 Emergency Maintenance, and On-Site Management. We also pay UTILITIES!! CALL US TODAY to make it your new home! Windham Heights Apartments is an income restricted community. The rental amount is determined based on income. Contact our on-site management team to get more information or set up a visit to your new home
