    HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

    HORRIBLE place to live. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve never experienced worse management in my life. We’ve had 4 MICE INFESTATIONS in the last 6 months and management has done absolutely nothing about it. Additionally, they LIED to us about which apartment unit we were getting, claiming our unit would have a balcony and bay windows. When we discovered this was not the case, they did absolutely NOTHING about it and did not compensate us in any way. This apartment complex is dirty and poorly managed to… say the least. The leasing office is DECEITFUL, DISRESPECTFUL and DOES NOT CARE ABOUR THEIR RESIDENTS. Do not live here.

    Unfortunately mice issues are a city-wide issue that we can’t control, but when we receive any service requests for pest, the home is immediately placed on the list for service. Per our records, your home was visited by our service team to check    … for any entry points that could possibly lend entry into the home. Our third-party vendor will also be inspecting the home for any entry points and lay traps to assist with the pests. Sometimes these situations require multiple treatments, so the home will then be serviced weekly until the issue is under control. Per our website, when applying for a unit square footage, amenities, and floor plan listed may vary between individual units and are subject to availability. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to improving your time in our community!
