No empathy
When issues arise, don’t expect support or understanding. Management seems more focused on shifting blame than resolving problems. I was recently accused of harboring a pet—despite the fact that my dog passed away in January. I personally went to the leasing office to inform them and was told no further action was needed. Yet, I later discovered pet rent charges on my portal and was accused of lying. They insisted on inspecting my apartment because a maintenance worker—who entered without my... presence—claimed to see “evidence of a pet” simply because my late dog’s belongings were still there.
During the recent furlough, I asked about options in case I faced financial hardship. I was told they would proceed with their usual process, with no flexibility or empathy offered. Rent is sky-high, communication is nonexistent, and repairs are limited to patching up broken items without any real updates or improvements. I moved here for convenience, but if I could leave today, I would. Residents deserve better.
