The home currently includes fast WiFi, streaming services, water, trash, and central A/C and heating. There is a large flat screen in the living room, as well as in each of the bedrooms. Street parking is available and plentiful if you register your car to the address for a residential pass.

The home is on a tree-lined street a couple blocks from Lincoln Park (great for running), the 7th street farmers market, Capital Bikeshare, and Eastern Market metro (Blue/Orange/Silver lines). The area is very quiet and safe at night (we have lots of young families), but is a quick walk to the fantastic restaurant/bar options on Barracks Row (Rose's Luxury, Ted's Bulletin, Call Your Mother, etc) and Pennsylvania Ave. It's also only a 15-20 minute Uber to the other fun parts of downtown DC. There's a Trader Joe's 3 blocks away, as well as other grocery stores and a dry cleaner and bodega on the block. You could walk to the House/Senate Office Buildings, or the Union Station/H Street area.

The home is available for a July 1st start date, but can be available as early as June 1st at a pro-rated amount. This would be perfect for someone new to DC, especially while on temporary assignment for work or school. Since the whole home is COMPLETELY FURNISHED (it has operated as a luxury AirBnB), you would only be bringing clothes and personal effects, no large furniture. Sorry, I cannot offer it unfurnished.
