Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. My neighbor holds band practice on Sundays from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the basement area directly adjacent to the unit. There is a friendly dog in the side yard that likes to sleep outside in the warmer months and barks occasionally. Please be courteous to the neighbors living around you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the plumbing system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside of the apartment. Gatherings causing excessive noise are prohibited, and no guests are allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count.
