Terrible experience - would not recommend
Alta 801 was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. Their “preferred” application service, ApproveShield, costs $50 and completely dropped the ball. They never completed my screening, never followed up, and never responded to multiple attempts to contact them.
When I turned to Alta 801 for help, the staff, while polite, were totally useless. Every single time I asked a question, I was told “only the community manager can handle that”. The problem was that the community... manager was never there. She was always “off,” “not in the office,” or “working remotely,” yet no one else could do anything. I waited eight days just to talk to her and never got a single call or email back.
Because of their complete lack of communication and accountability, I ended up delaying my move by ten days and finally had to rent somewhere else. I wasted time, money, and a ton of energy dealing with this mess.
Save yourself the stress and apply elsewhere.
