Scammers/liars/Rude staff
I recently moved out and had almost my entire security deposit withheld for alleged damages to cabinets and the bathroom floor. I provided move-in photos proving these issues existed before I moved in, yet the accounting department has not responded to multiple emails, calls, or voicemails. Communication has been extremely poor, and it feels like tenant concerns are ignored.
I expect management to review the documentation and resolve this issue promptly. This level of service is unacceptable and... really shows how money hungry big corporations are.

Thank you for your follow-up. As previously noted, we take these matters seriously and are committed to reviewing any documentation provided. However, at this time, we still have not received any photos or supporting information... regarding the cabinet or flooring conditions at the time of move-in as requested from you.
Please note that while we understand your frustration, posting repeated reviews does not change the need for the requested documentation. In order for us to properly assess and assist with your concerns, we must have the opportunity to review the information firsthand.
We remain willing to review any materials you submit and discuss the outcome once received.
