I’ve had a mixed experience living at Aventine Fort Totten. The biggest advantage is the location—it’s extremely convenient, right next to the Fort Totten Metro and close to Walmart, grocery stores, and dry cleaning, which makes daily errands very easy.
That said, there are some ongoing issues that have been frustrating. The elevators break down frequently, which can be a major inconvenience. There are also often random people hanging out in the lobby, which can make the building feel less... secure. Additionally, maintenance is slow, and some requests take much longer than expected to resolve.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the building management and upkeep need improvement to match the convenience of the area.

The amenities I haven't got around to it yet because the weather has change but I saw the pool and weight room by going in the building but when I get a chance I will take a tour.
