The customer service and professionalism from management have been some of the worst I’ve experienced living in DC. Residents deserve respect, especially when paying luxury apartment prices. Instead, concerns are brushed off, communication is poor, and you’re often treated like an inconvenience rather than a resident.
After living here, I completely understand some of the negative reviews I saw online from other tenants mentioning similar experiences with rude staff, misleading leasing... interactions, and management acting differently after move-in. Sadly, I can relate now. The property itself has potential, but management and staff culture ruin what could otherwise be a great place to live.
At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering renewing my lease because no matter how nice a building looks, the way residents are treated matters
