New wristbands for amenity spaces. Hasn’t gone over well. If you forget your wristband you have to leave the space. Very annoying considering how much we pay to live here.

Leasing staff have also lost the personal touch. They don’t take the time to greet anyone or get to know the residents.

I have not lived in the apartment yet, however, I am really excited to live here especially the swing pool it looks really good. But it seems that the water leak problem happen often.
