Poor pool management

Nice building in a great location, and the amenities are excellent when they’re actually available. Unfortunately, the pool has been a major disappointment. Pool chairs were not ready for summer, leaving residents to sit on the hot deck or compete for limited seating like an overcrowded resort. Management has provided inconsistent explanations, with some staff saying the chairs were backordered and others saying they had already arrived and been assembled.

The lack of communication and...
accountability is frustrating, especially since the pool is one of the building’s biggest selling points. There also seems to be constant turnover in the leasing office, which may contribute to the ongoing issues and lack of follow-through.

I have lived here for 2 years now and considering resigning my lease. I do appreciate and enjoy all of the amenities, when they are operating.

Big shoutout to our concierge team, especially Adrian, Maleek and Drew. They are always attentive, kind and welcoming. Having consistent staff improves service, quality of attention and overall efficiency.

I actually haven’t had a great experience so far, and it’s very disappointing because so many people spoke so highly of the building. My roommate and I have lived here for leas than two weeks and have dealt with incredibly rude concierge and a lack of hot water. I still don’t even have door access to half the amenities and have brought this to the leasing office’s attention multiple times.
