I have lived at the Crossing DC nearly 5 years and have seen a lot of changes and more importantly a steady decline in services, cut backs on security and concierge services, especially non-functioning amenities and a roach infestation they can't manage. Greystar Property Management team has changed numerous times and does not seem to have standard SOP's in place and change processes on a whim or by tenant.

Place is awesome, been waiting to move in here for a while. Have a friend who lives here and visiting him was the reason we made the move. Highly recommend

I love this property. This rooftop view is amazing! This building is very nice hands down! The amenities are amazing and I really like the safety of using latch .im not a big fan of door it’s very slow but latch is great . I love the idea of knowing it make the tenants that much safer!

The one thing that sets this property apart from others in the neighborhood is it’s spa but features like the steam room, which was a major draw for me, have been broken for close to six months now with no rush to get it fixed.
