Noise is a problem
I hear every step the person above me takes. Would not sign a lease until l was sure I was okay with the noise.

CAUTION-Package/goods stolen
Dorchester West has been experiencing and epidemic of stolen packages. Thousands of dollars worth of goods have been stolen. Management has done little to solve the problem. Management’s only solution is to have all packages sent to ANOTHER apartment complex where tenants will then have to go within 24 hours of delivery to retrieve their items or them will be sent back. I personally have had almost 1000 dollars worth of packages stolen in under a year.

Way too noisy
Noise insulation is terrible. I have an entitled neighbor who thinks playing his TV too loud is his right and won't be reasonable about it which means that we have to suffer his loud bass and sports news and music all day and night long. Cannot believe how terrible the noise insulation here is. Absolutely do not move here unless you are barely home.

The noise insulation is horrible and your neighbors will basically become annoying roommates you didn’t know that you had
