Horrendous Management, Dirty Building

I lived here for almost 4 years. In the beginning, we had a fantastic manager who kept the building clean and safe. Once Daro built the building, it went downhill fast. The carpets in the hallway are stained and smelly, the elevator is filled with trash and sticky drinks spilled (and it's frequently broken), and the trash is thrown everywhere in the side alley. Packages were being stolen so frequently from the mail room that they decided to hold them in the leasing office. However, you had maybe... a 1/10 chance of someone actually being in the office to unlock it and give you your package. Awful building, which is a shame. Great location and USED to be great. Couldn't recommend it less now.
