The property itself is outstanding. Its prime location offers the convenience of being steps away from the metro, along with a variety of excellent dining options and activities right at your doorstep. Living here means having everything you need within easy reach.

I'll start with the good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The common areas are immaculate and the amenities are nice. I've lived here for a year and the neighborhood is growing rapidly; really enjoying the addition of the food hall in an otherwise isolated part of town (it's not a bar-hopping/food scene destination). Proximity to a Metro station is about as good as you can get. Generally I love my apartment and chose to renew my lease for another year.

Biggest downside is that it's a... cheaply made building, so the walls are thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every move - laundry machine, footsteps, music, opening/closing doors and drawers, etc. It you have a loud walker above you, your ceiling will creak and shake.

The area is also still subject to crime (what neighborhood in DC isn't anymore?); I witnessed a shooting outside my window. That being said, there are now police cruisers outside nearly 24/7, which I really appreciate. Advice: take the good with the not so good! Read More

So far so good! I’ve been living here for 1.5 years and the staff is very kind and helpful, maintenance is extremely fast (answers same day).

The building management is very sweet and helpful any time I have questions. Maintenance is timely and kind and my neighbors are always polite.

Super walkable
Amenities are dope
Love that everything you need is within walking distance. A market, restaurant, a Ross, CVS not to mention a major metro line.
